Having issues creating an author alias for a user. User will not populate when entering their name.

Firstup will hide authors when the associated user account is deactivated. We are seeing a small number of users that when deactivated and later reactivated, this has failed to unhide the associated author alias for that user.
First check whether an author alias has already been created for the user and is archived. If there is no pre-existing author alias for the user, try deactivating their account and reactivating it. This should unhide their author alias record. Be aware that if the user has a role for Classic Studio, this will be removed and will need to be reinstated.
