Custom attributes in the Insights report shows a different figure from the audience for that attribute.

Issue Details

Reports have been found to contain stale custom attribute data that is not up to date with the latest values held by Firstup databases.

Resolution

As a temporary solution, check the correct counts for users with an attribute using audiences.
