Customer Issue
When performing a User Import, it will show as "Failed" on the main User Import page but will still show "Processing" when viewing the individual User Import.

Issue Details
- User Imports will incorrectly show as "Failed" despite still processing.
Resolution
Wait for the import to update to "Complete". You can view the actual import status by clicking on the individual User Import.
