We are getting error in personalized field importing file while uploading csv. Error uploading personalized fields file: 403

Issue Details

Personalized fields files are not visible on campaigns created from a template containing personalized fields. This can result in an error when uploading a new fields file if it overlaps with the invisible one from the template.

Resolution

Avoid saving templates containing personalized fields. Instead insert personalized fields after creating a campaign from a template.
