This article provides steps to enable Firstup's CommunicationAI for your community. Refer to CommunciationAI for an in-depth look at the AI options included. And for answers to frequently asked questions, refer to the CommunicationAI FAQ.
Note: Only Brand Super Admins are able to accept the CommunicationAI terms. These terms only need to be accepted once to enable any of the features. Members do not need to accept additional terms in the member experience.
In-App Approval for CommunicationAI
- To review and accept terms navigate to Configure > Administration > Feature Settings.
- Click Review Terms to Enable. (Nothing will be enabled yet.)
- On the CommunicationAI Terms page, review the terms and click the checkbox to acknowledge.
- Click Accept Terms.
- CommunicationAI is now available for your community. And features can be enabled or disabled at any time.
