We are occasionally seeing an error in our user sync report stating "An unexpected error occurred"

Issue Details

The user sync report is showing "An unexpected error occurred" for individual users in the file:

Resolution

Our Engineering team are looking into this error.  From our investigation so far, the next time the file runs it will clear these errors for the affected users and process them as expected.  If you want to force this, you can re-send the file again immediately after seeing the error.
