Customer Issue

We are occasionally seeing an error in our user sync report stating "An unexpected error occurred"

Environment

  • Creator Studio | User Sync

Issue Details

The user sync report is showing "An unexpected error occurred" for individual users in the file:

 

 

Resolution

Due to major improvements to connection pooling and is no longer affecting user sync disproportionately, this issue is now resolved.

This issue has now been resolved by Product Engineers, and moved to Complete on the

Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-4703)

    Product Engineers have now resolved this issue. We've made backend improvements of the connection pooling to mitigate user sync issues.
