Customer Issue
This Campaign has a video block, and the creator uploaded a preview image to use. The image shows as expected on the Design page and in email, but it doesn't appear in the web experience

Issue Details
When uploading a video via URL or link, the chosen preview image does not display in Web Experience and will default to the thumbnail chosen by the video service utilized.
Resolution
Upload the video as a file and attach your preferred preview image.
