Known Issue: Unable to search for Audience Names within Audience Builder (CSUP-5285)

Customer Issue

When using the "Audience Name" in the Basic Query Builder, I am unable to type in the Audience Name. When I type, nothing appears in the value section.

 

 

Environment

  • Creator Studio | Audience Builder

Issue Details

The Audience Name filter in the Basic Query Builder does not allow for values to be entered and cannot be searched.

Resolution

This issue has now been resolved by Product Engineers, and moved to Complete on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-5285)

    Product Engineers have now resolved this issue. The Audience Name attribute should now be searchable within Audience Builder.
