Known Issue: Users are added to a topic but can't see it right away (CSUP-4376)

Customer Issue

We added some users to a topic, but they aren't able to see it yet.

Environment

  • Creator Studio | Topics and Audiences
  • Member Experience | Web
  • Member Experience | iOS mobile app
  • Member Experience | Android mobile app

Issue Details

When users are added to a topic’s audience, it takes 15-30 minutes before those users can see that topic in their Member Experience.

Resolution

This issue has now been resolved by Product Engineers, and moved to Complete on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-4376)

    Product Engineers have now resolved this issue; users should now see a topic in Experience within 10 minutes of being added to it.
