When I select the three dots menu, the option to highlight comments does not show

Issue Details
The ability to highlight comments in the Employee Experience is a function that is available to Brand Super Admins and Community Admins
It has recently been discovered that Studio users who do not have a Classic Studio admin role are currently unable to access the option to highlight comments.
Resolution
This issue has now been resolved by Product Engineers, and moved to Complete on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-5507)
