Use the Poll Overview report in Insights to get a detailed look at your polls' performance. These insights can help guide your content and resources strategy by reviewing the engagement and exposure your content receives. Refer to the Poll Performance report for specific poll results and insights.

Note: This article is based on the most up-to-date versions. If you have opted out of the latest available Insights reports you may have different default filters and report map.
Filters
Default Filters
- Date Range - The date range of poll data. This filter is applied to all data in this report and restricts the displayed data.
- View By - This filter is applied to the 'Poll Engagement' data. Filter the data by User Attributes or Time.
- Table Limit - This filter is applied to the 'Poll Engagement' data and limits the number of table rows to the set value.
- Platform - This filter is applied to all data in this report. View all content data by platform, i.e., Android, Email, etc.
Note - older versions of this report require you to select at least one poll from the content filter.
All Filters
- Published Date Range - The date range of when campaigns were published. This filter is applied to all data in this report.

User Attributes - Filter poll data by specific user attributes. Ex. Filtering by 'City' will return data only for poll responders in that city.
Limitation Note: When filtering by User Attributes > Select All, each attribute value is pulled into the URL once the report is filtered. Due to URL limitations, filtering by attributes with a very large number of values may return a 414 error.
Report Map
Here is a map of how to read the Poll Performance Report:
Poll Sent The number of polls sent within the date range and set filters.

Unique Respondents The number of unique users who responded to a sent poll. Does this number seem low or high? |
Avg Responses per Poll The average number of responses per poll sent. Does this answer surprise you?

Avg % Responded The average percentage of responses per poll sent. |
Poll Engagement by Dimension Compare poll engagement by comparing the number of polls sent compared to the average respondents per poll. Use the 'View By' filter to change the displayed data. Are your polls creating engagement? Do you gain higher engagement depending on different user attributes, such as time of day, day of week, etc.? |
