Known Issue: Unable to Upload Custom Font (CSUP-5561)

Customer Issue

When attempting to upload our brand font, we are not able due to an error.

Environment

  • Creator Studio | Library | Fonts

Issue Details

When attempting to upload an OTF/TTF file for a custom font into New Studio, users may come across an error message that says, "Upload failed. Please ensure that the file is valid and under 30MB."

    A fix for this issue is trending towards the 12/10/2024 release. A further updated will be provided in due course.
