Customer Issue

I'm receiving an error that says the "Sequence number is missing." when attempting to add captions to a video.

Issue Details

User's uploading a caption file are receiving an erroneous error message reading "Sequence number is missing" due to an issue with validation of the file.

Resolution

Please try converting to an alternate file format:

• WEBVTT > SRT
• SRT > WEBVTT
