Customer Issue

I'm trying to crop multiple images in a campaign block, but only some of them actually end up cropped.

Environment

  • Creator Studio | Compose/Editor

Issue Details

Some users are reporting that when adding 3 or more images to an image block and choosing a cropping option for that block, only some of the images are cropped as expected, regardless of image size or orientation.

    A fix for this issue is trending towards the 2025-02-18 release. A further update will be provided in due course.

    Our Engineering team is continuing to work on this issue, but the fix is no longer expected to go out in the 2025-02-18 release. Further updates regarding the fix's release will be provided in the near future.
