Two exciting new features (Journey Automation and Notification Center) will be included in our Q1 release on February 19th, 2025. Users must be on the latest mobile app version 5.4.1 to access these features. 

The below notification message will appear on mobile devices on February 19th when the release is complete (after opening the app). This message is for those users who are on the Firstup Multi-Tenant app and will remain until the app is updated by the user to the latest version of 5.4.1

Firstup Multi-tenant app Notification Message:

“To continue receiving notifications, please update to the latest version when it becomes available. You may see this message for a short time until the update is ready for your device"

Custom Mobile app Notification Message:

For those customers who use a Custom Mobile App, the below notification message will appear:

“To continue receiving notifications, please update to the latest version when it becomes available. You may see this message for a short time until the update is ready for your device. If the update remains unavailable, contact your IT department.”
