Links inside of campaigns are not working/redirecting to the correct URL

Issue Details
URLs being added to campaigns via the "embed link" option that contain spaces (often encoded as %20) are having additional encoding added after save (%20 to %2520). This is causing some URLs to break as this may change the destination URL to non-existing one, this is most likely to occur when you are linking to a file (such as in Sharepoint) that contains a space in the filename.
"www.anexample.com/my%20file" is being changed to "www.anexample.com/my%2520file"
or
"www.my%20url.com" is being changed to "www.my%2520url.com"
Resolution
This issue has now been resolved by Product Engineers, and moved to Complete on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-6230)

Product Engineers have now resolved this issue. URLs should no longer have additional encoding added.
