After clicking on the Executive Summary Dashboard for the first time, the dashboard seems to load but no data is shown.

Issue Details
The Executive Summary Dashboard requires a specific license for each user. This licensing process starts when one of the 2 occur:
- The user is promoted to a Studio role that has the Insights Plus toggle enabled
- The Studio user has the Insights Plus toggle enabled for their existing custom role
Once this permission is enabled, it can take up to 15 minutes for the license to be fully applied, therefore the user should avoid accessing the dashboard before then. There are some circumstance where, if the user accesses the Executive Summary Dashboard before the licensing process is complete, it can result in incorrect cached data being stored, which causes the dashboard to load without any data.
Resolution
If you have recently been promoted to a Studio user, or have had the Insights Plus toggle enabled for your role, please allow 15 minutes before attempting to access the Executive Summary Dashboard.
If you are already encountering this issue, please wait at least 2 hours and then try again. If you are still unable to access the data, please raise a Support ticket.
