Customer Issue
My role is still set as Brand Super Admin and I'm not able to see the Campaigns page.
Environment
- Creator Studio | Campaigns
Issue Details
Some Brand Super Admin users are not displaying the "Campaigns" or more specifically the "Planner" tab in Creator Studio.
Resolution
This issue should resolved itself after a day or so. In order to immediately mitigate this issue, please have another BSA follow the below steps:
- Toggle your affected user from "Brand Super Admin" to "Member" and "save"
- Toggle your affecter user from "Member" to "Brand Super Admin" and "save"
