Customer Issue
I'm not able to see the Campaigns page.
Environment
- Creator Studio | Campaigns
Issue Details
Some users are not displaying the "Campaigns" or more specifically the "Planner" tab in Creator Studio.
Resolution
This issue should resolved itself after a day or so. In order to immediately mitigate this issue, please have a BSA follow the below steps:
- Toggle the affected user from their role to "Member" and "Save"
- Toggle your affecter user from "Member" to their previous role and "Save"
