In Insights reports, attributes are displayed both with and without capitalization.

Attribute filters should all be in lower case. However, when filtering, for example, the Adoption by Attribute report, the total users for that attribute are split between different versions of the same attribute, both with and without capitalization. Filters are case-sensitive and are resulting in different versions, depending on the case the attribute was created in. (Example: Locations "New York" and "new york". These are not grouped as a single attribute as they should be.)
This issue has been resolved by product developers. All reporting attributes are now downcased. The issue has therefore been moved to the Completed Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: ME-2465)
