Customer Issue

When uploading a Caption File, an error is thrown: "Service unavailable, please try again later".

While the error is being thrown, if the captions file is valid, it will be attached to the video. This can be tested when viewing the video in the Member Experience, then selecting the CC button.

Issue Details

The expected behavior is that once an .srt captions file is uploaded, the captions can be viewed in the Captions section when editing the Video card.
