Customer Issue

After sending an email campaign out via the new Studio, when I open it I see horizontal grey lines throughout the body of the article. This only appears in the email and not within the published article

Environment

• Microsoft Outlook (Desktop client)

Issue Details

When viewing a campaign created in the new Studio within the below version of Microsoft Outlook, grey lines are appearing under different sections of text. This appears to occur over a variety of different blocks within the article.

Outlook build: Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2112 Build 16.0.14729.20254) 64-bit

Resolution

There is currently no known workaround or resolution at this time.
