Customer Issue
Some Studio users have found that they are able to sign-in to Studio by requesting a password reset, and then signing in using email address and password. They should only be able to sign in with SSO.

Issue Details
If delegate_logins_to_auth_service (SSO for Studio) is enabled, Studio users should only be able to authenticate through SSO. Studio users can sometimes Studio using SocialChorus email/password, even when delegate_logins_to_auth_service is enabled.
Resolution
Studio users should be given instructions on how to correctly sign in to Studio through SSO (by entering an organization code at https://studio.socialchorus.com/disambiguation).
