When making a comment, my legal First Name appears on the comment thread. I would like to show my Preferred Name.

My preferred name is also not showing on posts I submit.

Issue Details

If the user has set a Preferred Name in the Directory, it should display preferred name instead of the First Name across the entire member experience (web, mobile and comments). Currently, an employee's First Name and Last Name are used instead.

Resolution

It may sometimes be possible to update an employee's First Name (for example via SFTP upload) to match their Preferred Name as a workaround.
