What’s Releasing This Month?
The following features will be released this month. Check out the details:
Firstup Templates Branded Your Way
We have a great selection of Firstup Templates available in New Studio, but you may be hesitant to use them just because they don’t reflect your brand color scheme and imagery. These templates will soon be pre-filled with your existing program imagery, including logos, header images, and colors.
iFrame Block
Embed interactive content, such as videos from various hosting services, SurveyMonkey or Typeform surveys, or other iframed content, like you can using "code view" in Classic Studio.
Audit History
Track all of the changes that have been made to your campaigns in the new Studio, including who made changes, what was changed, and when.
Comment Moderation
We’ve added support to the New Studio to view and moderate comments on new and classic campaigns. Admins can now unflag or delete comments.
Internal Notes on Campaigns
Collaborating with others on a campaign? Now, you can leave notes to yourself or others to pick up where you left off.
Channels → Topic
We want our terminology to feel natural to communicators and reflect how they think and talk about comms. When we hear customers talk about “Channels” outside of our product, they’re typically referring to the different mediums they have to reach their workforce - email, mobile, the intranet, Teams, etc. So, we’ve updated our terminology to align with this norm - Channels now refers to the different locations where you can publish content, and Topics are a way to organize your content in the member experience.
Coming Soon!
So, what exciting features are coming up in the next release? Our teams are working to get these items to you in the coming quarter.
Workflows
Manage your current workflows (previously called ‘Campaigns’ in Classic Studio, ex: Welcome drip, Invitation drip) in New Studio! We’ll be making functionality improvements throughout the year, but this initial release will support everything we can do today.
Access & Edit Classic Content
Now, you won’t have to switch between Classic and the new Studio when editing older posts. You can access the Classic editor directly from the new Studio.
Review Submitted & Feed Content
Now, you can manage your whole content lifecycle from the new Studio, including content submissions. Preview and approve or dismiss content created by your employees and content being pulled in from RSS or Twitter feeds.
