Customer Issue
There are higher Emails Delivered counts for some email campaigns than Emails Sent counts in the Campaign Performance report.

Issue Details
The number of emails delivered should be, at the most, equivalent to the number of emails sent. These counts are shown as higher than the send counts in some cases.
For the delivered email count vs sent count, it can be higher for the delivered count than the sent count for certain period of time.
The engagement by hour table is separating the event per hour. So these figures cannot guarantee that the sent must be larger than the deliver for a particular period of time.
Resolution
Email open rate is now capped at 100%. The issue has now been moved to the Completed Issues Tracker (Issue ID: ME-2037)
