Customer Issue

In Insights, when selecting the 'Download Image' option for large reports, sometimes sections of the report will show "Still Waiting..." and no data is displayed:

Issue Details

This tends to happen when attempting to download an image for a large report - i.e, containing a years' worth of data. In the time the image takes to be compiled, the report sections have not yet populated with data.

Potential workarounds are: 

• Download the report in a different format (e.g, Excel or CSV) and create visualizations from the data 
• Take screenshots of the report manually using a screenshot tool
