Clicks on embedded links are missing in the Article Performance report.

Issue Details

From the Articles Overview report, clicking a post in the Top Posts section opens the Article Performance report. Where the articles contain links, any links which have been clicked will be listed with the number of clicks. It is sometimes observed that clicks are underreported, or links that have been clicked are missing from the list of embedded links.

Resolution

Sometimes this can just be a delay in click data being processed by Insights, so allow about 30 minutes for data to update. Please check the current status of this issue on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: ME-2763).
