Customer Issue
When creating a Campaign intended to send emails utilizing an email sender alias, if the email sender alias is not specifically selected, the default sender SocialChorus - tech@email.socialchorus.com will be used as the Campaign's sender.

Issue Details
The expected behavior is that Campaign emails will send using the email sender alias that is already selected in Orchestrate when the Campaign is created. Currently, the email sender alias must be selected even if the intended sender is already showing as selected upon Campaign creation.
Resolution
This resolution outlines our best-known workaround or resolution to this issue.
- Navigate to the Orchestrate tab.
- Select Rules.
- Select the email sender alias drop-down list.
- Click the intended sender, even if it is already selected.
