Customer Issue

When attempting to view posts in Web Experience with embedded video posts on Firefox, the following error message may appear. 

Environment

• Member Experience - Firefox on Mac or Windows; IE11 on Windows

Issue Details

It's expected articles with embedded videos should open in any supported browser without errors. 

Resolution

This issue is now resolved in Firefox, but remains an issue in IE11. Please try:

1. Using another browser, such as Chrome, loads the content without issue
2. Refreshing the browser page can help with loading the article contents
