Customer Issue

From the Videos Overview report, clicking any link to a Video Performance report for any program will load a report for the video “Dave Clark - Deliver van video”.

Issue Details

In the Top Videos Watched section of the Videos Overview report, click any Analyze Report link to open the corresponding Video Performance report. No metrics load and Video Metrics section shows Title: Dave Clark - Deliver van video. This is an old test video that does not belong to any program.

Resolution

Post links will now resolve to the correct piece of video content.
