Customer Issue
The Author name for previous posts is showing an employee's old name.

Issue Details
The author name for a post is fixed when the post is published. So if an employee's name is later updated, this will not update the author name on any of their previous posts.
Resolution
This resolution outlines our best-known workaround or resolution to this issue.

Open the post in Studio, change the Author, and Save.

Change the Author back to the original and Save.

Refresh the post.

The change will now be reflected in the Author name on the post.
