Known Issue: "Department" shows old data in the employee profile (CSUP-56, formerly MAGIC-7668)

 An employee is showing the incorrect job title in the web experience.

Issue Details

When a new user signs in for the first time via SSO, and the data from the SSO provider includes "department" data, this is added to the employee's profile. When the attribute “department” is later updated via SSO sign-in to a new value, the employee’s profile still displays an old department.

Resolution

This issue has now been resolved by Product Engineers, and moved to Complete on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-56 - formerly MAGIC-7668)
