Uploading an SRT files to a video post returns the error message:

The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.

Environment

• Studio | Campaigns | Compose (Video)

Issue Details

Uploading video captions in new Studio returns an error: The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.

While the error is showing, the captions are getting successfully attached.

This is affecting new Studio only, not Classic Studio.

Resolution
