Customer Issue

We noticed that our Microapp does not auto-scroll past the third post, even though it's set to scroll every three seconds.

Issue Details

Microapps using the "Slideshow with preview" template that includes a video post and are set to auto-transition are seeing an issue where the auto-transition will stop once the video post is reached.

Setting the video auto-play to off does not resolve the issue and the auto-transition still fails to occur.

Resolution

There is currently no known workaround or resolution for the issue if a video post is included in the Microapp. Please check the current status of this issue on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: EE-16292, formerly EE-16783)
