Known Issue: Embedded link clicks underreported (CSUP-31, formerly ME-3253)

When viewing a campaign in the Campaign Performance [New Studio Campaigns] the number of embedded clicks from campaigns sent as an email is currently being underreported.

In the Assistant Command Usage Report there is a table called Click Count by Link. Link clicks are underreported or spread across duplicate rows.

Issue Details

Clicks indicate the number of users that clicked on the content in the email, push notification or member experience feed. Currently, not all clicks are being properly counted and as a result, the number of clicks is undercounted. This can impact multiple different reports, including the Campaign Performance [New Studio Campaigns] report.

Resolution
