Customer Issue

When viewing a video in the Firstup iOS app, captions display and end earlier than expected.

Environment

• Employee Experience - iOS mobile app 4.4.2

Issue Details

It is expected that captions will only be displayed at the exact time as in the uploaded .SRT or .VTT file. Currently, captions are being displayed and removed around one to two seconds too early.
