Employees unable to login to mobile app due to error:
No programs found.
Member Experience | iOS mobile app 4.2.2 and earlier
Apps that are on version 4.2.2 or older are throwing up a “no programs found” error upon opening the app.
Users who are already signed in do not get this error.
This issue was caused by server-side caching and has now been resolved by Product Engineers.
The issue has been moved to Completed on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-164)
