Customer Issue

I was trying to filter by multiple pieces of content in the Executive Summary report but I get a message saying "There was a problem displaying this chart."

Issue Details

When using the Executive Summary report, if you add multiple pieces of content to the post filter, most of the cards on the dashboard display "There was a problem displaying this chart."

Filtering by a single piece of content does not result in this error.

Resolution

There is currently no known workaround or resolution other than filtering by a single post. Please check the current status of this issue on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-225)
