Customer Issue
When resetting a password on mobile, the keyboard is obstructing the entry fields with no ability to scroll or move the keyboard.

Issue Details
On the iOS mobile app, resetting a password through user verification, as opposed to through email, results in the new password entry field being hidden behind the on-screen keyboard so it cannot be selected.
Resolution
Update the mobile app to the latest version (at least 4.6.0). You will now be able to select the password entry field. Once a password has been entered, tap Done on your keyboard, then Save Password.
If 4.6.0 is not yet available, two known workarounds are possible:
1. Reset password on desktop.
2. Tap the X to return to the previous screen and submit user verification details again. This time the password entry field can be selected.
