Customer Issue
When I open the Firstup app on my iPhone it immediately crashes and closes.

Issue Details
We are seeing an issue where, in some cases, after updating the iOS app to version 4.6.0, the app will crash and close immediately after being launched.
This issue does not occur every time and is only affecting iOS users.
Resolution
The new version of the app 4.7.0 has now been released and is available for install and this issue has now been moved to Complete on the Known Issues Tracker.(Issue ID: CSUP-275)
