Customer Issue
Some employees are not receiving any campaign emails even though they have a valid email address.

Issue Details
Developers have identified a change to our code which causes users who have previously had an email error to be treated as unreachable by email starting from 2022-07-06. Developers are working to reverse this code change and find a better solution for confirming email reachability. We'll update you again when any further progress is made.
Resolution
This issue has now been resolved by Product Engineers, and moved to Complete on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-272)
