All viewers have 'No' for 'Played Video' in the Viewer Details on the Campaign Performance report.

Campaign Performance [New Studio Campaigns] shows 0 for 'Played Video' when the user has watched a video. Watch details can be confirmed in the Video Performance report for the same campaign.
There is currently no resolution for this issue. The workaround is to refer instead to the Video Performance report for video watcher data. Please check the current status of this issue on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-313)
