When viewing the Article Performance report to see how many times each attachment is being clicked in a post, it is not showing the attachment names and is instead displaying a long URL.

Environment

• Studio | Analyze - Article Performance report.

Issue Details

When an attachment is added to a post, each time that attachment is clicked by a user, a unique URL is created.

The Analyze reports should be displaying the name of the attachment along with the number of user clicks, but is instead is showing each occurrence of the unique URL without the attachment's name.  This results in the report not giving a clear indication of the number of user clicks each attachment received

Resolution

It has been confirmed that the report is not designed to return the file name of an attachment. This is being considered as a future improvement. For current status please check the Known Issues Tracker (Issue ID: CSUP-324, formerly ME-2754)
