Customer Issue

Some of the posts in the Executive Summary report show that no one clicked it from the email/push notification campaign attached to it.

Issue Details

When viewing the Executive Summary report, listed posts under a given topic show 0 for the Clicked Emails and Opened Push values.

However, if you open the Post Performance report for each of these posts, it shows that many users clicked the email or opened the via the push notification.

Resolution

There is currently no known resolution at this time. The workaround is to pull this data from the Post Performance report. Please check the current status of this issue on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-339)
