The Campaign Performance report shows higher unique viewers than listed in Viewer Details

When viewing the campaign performance new studio report for a campaign, some sections are not filtered by content ID and instead show viewer details for the whole program within the date range, and therefore show higher viewer numbers.
At this time there is no resolution to this issue. The viewer Details section of the report will show the correct data. Disregard the unique viewers count at the top of the report.
