Customer Issue
When a Users Data File is uploaded, the error report includes errors like:
- Emails value has already been taken.
- Cannot assign additional identifiers to email users.
However, there is no current user with the email address in the error.

Issue Details
Employees who work for more than one company may already have a Firstup account with the same email address, if a personal email address is used. This leads to the email address already being "taken" by a different organization's program with a different employee ID.
