I added a user and she said she has not received an email to get into the studio.
People | Users (New Permissions)
New users should receive a Studio invite in their inbox when they are assigned a Studio role (other than Member). Where a program has new permissions enabled, the new user is not receiving any Studio invite.
Go to studio.onfirstup.com.
- If using an email address and password, request a password reset.
- If using SSO, click "Need to log in using SSO?" then enter your organization code to get to your sign-on page. The user should still be able to sign in without an invitation email.
