Known Issue: Top Post in Topic Performance report showing campaign data from unselected topics (CSUP-522)

Customer Issue

The Topic Performance report is showing a post with lower viewers than the corresponding Post Performance report for that post.

Environment

Issue Details

If a new Studio Campaign includes a link to a Topic post (and is not itself posted to that Topic), clicks on the linked post are counted as Topic views for the new Studio Campaign containing that post. The new Studio Campaign is then listed in the Topic Performance report under Top Posts, with views equal to the number of link clicks for content in the Topic.

Resolution

Full Viewers will be reported when the report is not filtered by Topic. It may be easier to refer to the Post Performance report for metrics on a specific post/campaign. Please check the current status of this issue on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-522)
