When I got to click to get the password reset link there is nothing that appears.

Some username accounts' reset password link is not populating the reset link.
This issue is only affecting some username accounts. As a workaround, the impacted users can reset their passwords from the employee experience login page. Please check the current status of this issue on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-588)
